↘ Font Licensing

Updated 25th January 2022

1. About Font License

Each license grants you the legal right to do different things with the font software you purchase. To aid you in determining which licenses you require, we’ve included our End User License Agreements (EULA’s). By purchasing a font license from our site, you will acquire the right to use the font under the license agreement terms. Even after downloading the font file to your device,
the creator remain the owner of the intellectual property (IP).

2. Pricing Structures

We wish to be fair to use our fonts on an organizational/individual scale defined by their annual gross revenue. Our pricing policy is detailed below, and it includes:

Standard Pricing

1 License = 1 Seat.

This method is intended to individuals/ organizations with gross yearly revenue of LESS THAN 5 MILLION USD.

One (1) license requires the purchase of one (1) seat, which is considered one (1) quantity when placed in the cart.

If this aligns with your sector, you may purchase one (1) license at the cost of 1x seat, two (2) licenses needed 2x seats purchased, and so forth.

Professional Pricing

1 License = 5 Seats.

This method is intended to individuals/ organizations with gross yearly revenue of MORE THAN 5 MILLION USD.

One (1) license requires the purchase of five (5) seats, which is considered five (5) quantities when placed in the cart.

If this aligns with your sector, you may purchase one (1) license at the cost of 5x seats, two (2) licenses needed 10x seats purchased, and so forth.

3. License Structures

After determining your standpoint by your sector on payment structure, here is an overview of license policy fully explained in each EULA. This is described as follows:

3.1 Installations

One (1) license permits you to install the font on three (3) computer devices in one (1) individual/organization location.
“For instance, if you intend to install the font on five (5) computer devices, you should purchase two (2) licenses.” And so forth. This is equally true for your organization’s branch offices as well as freelancers. Because of differences in organizational or individual locations, each address should also have our font license.

3.2 Limitations

Each license purchased will be subjected to a different usage policy in line with the EULA policy of each license.
“For example, one license purchase for a website is limited to one domain, one license purchase for a broadcasting is limited to one video work/movie title, and so on.”

4. About License Owner (licensee)

As a licensee, you may use fonts for any purposes allowed by the EULA of the license you choose. If you work for a client, your clients do not have the authority to license a font unless they purchase it to install it on their computer.

THE FONT USE POLICY IS DETERMINED BY THE NUMBER OF COMPUTER INSTALLATIONS AND THE LOCATION OF THE ORGANIZATION/INDIVIDUAL-RELATED; YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SHARE THE LICENSE WITH OTHERS.

We maintain our licensing policy as simply as possible since we don’t want to confuse our customers, and we have total trust in your tendency to use our fonts properly and pay for the licenses you need.
